We provide diagnostic testing, preventive health check-up services, and sample collection facilities through our association with Thyrocare. All reports are generated and processed by Thyrocare Laboratories.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Customers must provide accurate details at the time of booking. Appointment timings may vary based on technician availability, location, or unavoidable delays.

3. Payments

All payments made for tests or health packages are non-refundable once the sample is collected. Refunds before sample collection may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Reporting

All test reports are processed by Thyrocare Labs. Report delivery timelines may vary depending on the test type and logistics.

5. Data Privacy

We maintain strict confidentiality of customer information. Data is used only for booking, sample collection, report delivery, and related service communication.

6. Third-Party Responsibility

Aarogyam Center acts as a collection center. Report generation, accuracy, and medical interpretations are the responsibility of Thyrocare Laboratories.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays, errors, or omissions by diagnostic laboratories. We do not provide medical advice; customers must consult qualified doctors for interpretation.

8. Changes to Terms

Aarogyam Center reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
